Scope: Indigenous land council and environment approval to create the pipe route through culturally sensitive areas. Constructability, scope preparation, budget creation, full risk assessment, project director approval, execution planning, full take-off, procurement and logistics of materials, facilities and equipment transport and barging. Pipe installation included bore pump stations, two major public road crossings, five creek and two haul road crossings.
