Scope: Constructability, efficient design, scope description, project risk assessment, target cost and board preparation and presentation. Pre - Mobilisation planning including the project execution plan, safety management plan, cost tracking system, material take-offs, procurement of all pipe and fittings and resource mobilisation. Pipe installation and commissioning including four pump stations, booster tanks and 10km plant steel pipe and HDPE process pipe-work.
